Registration is now closed for the general public, as we have reached full capacity. However, if any seats become available at the last minute, we will do our best to accommodate additional attendees.

ACCESSIBILITY

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation

Approximate fare between Toulouse–Blagnac Airport and the city centre is €40.

The conference takes place in the center of Toulouse, easily accessible by various means of transport.
Nearest transport stop: COMPANS-CAFARELLI

From the airport:

  • By rental car or taxi: a car park is available beneath the Baudis Centre
    (Q-Park Compans Caffarelli) – €3.50/hour
  • By public transportation: bus line AERO connects the airport to the COMPANS CAFARELLI stop. Tickets are available on board for €9.

From the rail station:

  • By rental car or taxi: a car park is available beneath the Baudis Centre
    (Q-Park Compans Caffarelli) – €3.50/hour
  • By public transportation:
    Bus line L14 from RIQUET (5 min – 300m on foot)
    Metro B from JEAN JAURES (12 min – 800m on foot)

PANELS

The conference, which is unclassified, will focus on the general theme: “Space in 2040: Deterrence, Security, Interoperability, and Technological Innovation.”

During the conference, several high-level authorities will address a range of subjects related to the main topic:

  • 29 April (AM): Focus on space operations with a panel entitled
    “Space as the Keystone of Multi-domain Operations.”
  • 29 April (PM): Concentration on space capabilities, highlighted by the panel
    “Interoperability in Space: Building Bridges for Strategic Success.”
  • 30 April (AM): Discussions on military engagement with industry, featuring a panel entitled
    “Engaging the Space Industry to Achieve Military Goals in
    Space.”

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Conference
All conference details, including the latest agenda, read-ahead materials,
speaker biographies, and administrative information, will be available through
the EVENTTIA app, which can be accessed via smartphone.
Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to download and access
the app directly from the EVENTTIA website.


Data Roaming Charges
Mobile data charges in France can be costly for non-EU nationals. Attendees from
outside the EU are advised to either purchase an “International Data Roaming
Package” for their mobile phones or disable mobile data prior to their arrival in
France. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue.
Language


The event will be conducted in English; no interpretation services will be
available.
