Steadfast Duel 2024

Three of our staff members acted as Space OPFOR (incarnating the “Murinus Space forces” opposing NATO) in the Joint Warfare Centre while a fourth member was Evaluator for Space  within the JFC-Naples, the main training audience.

The aim of the Exercise is to train the operational and strategic levels of the NATO capabilities in a multidomain environment. Space as the newest operational domain is definitively attracting some attention and our staff members participated to its smooth integration.

STDU24 enhanced an ACO-wide understanding of the Defence of the Euro-Atlantic Area (DDA) Family of Plans with a focus on Regional Plan – South East (RP-SE). This JOINTEVAL evaluated resources, procedures, performance, and the joint interactions within STDU24 for JFC Naples, while they were assuming the duty of Joint Task Force South East (JTF-SE).”
