The Education & Training (E&T) team studies the education gaps in the Space domain to provide E&T solutions.
What’s its role?
The Education and Training (E&T) division contributes to the delivery and conduct of collective and individual solutions to satisfy E&T requirements.
As the Department Head for the Space discipline under Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation guidance, the E&T Division is a key player for the translation of Space training requirements into solutions. This includes to collaborate and coordinate the definition and delivery of E&T solutions with designated E&T facilities.
The NATO Space COE supports the main joint allied exercises (e.g. the STEADFAST series) and several courses at NATO School Oberammergau, providing Space-related expertise and advice.
This pillar is the strength in developing appropriate training solutions:
- Defining the Space domain training strategy for NATO.
- Providing Space expertise through training.
- Supporting Allied Exercises in the Space domain.
