GLOBAL SENTINEL
U.S. Space Command hosted its annual two-week Global Sentinel capstone Feb. 5-16, 2024, at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
The event is a security cooperation effort, designed to strengthen and grow international partnerships, improve operational collaboration and promote responsible behaviour in the space domain.
The participation of 25 nations from around the globe is a demonstration of the shared interests to enhance the safety and stability of space operations. Overall, more than 200 participants will work together during the event.
The NATO Space COE participated in Global Sentinel capstone as an observer to increase our knowledge and develop our expertise in the space domain.
